Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.
Print Your Label
Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original bottles and boxes, attach the shipping label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned products, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
